Great place to stay in...

Liked: Location and beautiful furnishings. We also received a complementary room upgrade that was amazing
Disliked: Parking was too expensive and not convenient. Found place about 100 m from hotel on street that was much cheaper but hotel didn’t encourage or recommend this. Reception seemed a bit uptight and not used to Americans.

Old world charm and high-quality...

Liked: Room was well appointed and the overall classic decor was world-class. High quality vibe. Regardless of my dislikes I would stay there again.
Disliked: No bellman the day we showed (Easter weekend). We had to use the cart and transport our own luggage (60 and 76 year olds). Was given convoluted driving directions to get to rear parking area and had to improvise myself to find it--convenient though as right out in back! Pricey restaurant with limited menu.

Disliked: Slightly pricey breakfast.
