Liked: The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Airport shuttle service was excellent.

Fair experience.

Liked: Hotel was good. Location was close to airport, they provided shuttle to and from airport.
Disliked: I couldn't get mobile network there. Smile on face is a big necessity in hospitality business, this was lacking in many staff members. They still provide 36ml bottles of shampoo, lotion and bar soap in 2025. For dental kit, I have to ask reception. I would expect dental kit in washroom. I expect shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers in shower area. For amount of money they're charging, they can surely provide this and would make them look good. And all this won't cost more than $5.What ever they are providing must be according to hotel business standards, but these are just my suggestions for improvement.

Liked: Everything clean

Clean, basic, with a good...

Liked: The room was clean and the pool was a pretty good facility.
Disliked: Breakfast was a weird mixture of continental and restaurant. You had to wait to order (which took a while) and then the food took a while, and then when it arrived, you had to fetch your own cutlery, napkins, condiments and drinks while paying restaurant level costs for it.

Liked: The hotel is a good location for guests to Airport. just 6 minutes away from hotel, very convenient for passengers. the room is king size comfortable bed and pillows .
Disliked: The breakfast open 6 am is good , but we don’t have enough time to order it, set up already for customers pick up food better than ordered, save the time .

Liked: There was an amazing deal on booking.com so I snagged it and wasn’t disappointed. Very clean especially for a pet friendly room!
Disliked: Everything was perfect
