Great location and good value....

Liked: Friendly staff at front desk. Good with room requests for service.
Disliked: Restaurant was consistently under staffed. Bar staff seemed to take a very long time to mix and serve drinks. Front door staff have wrong information about lead time to get to ferry dock. It’s a hard line to be there 90 minutes prior to departure and they were telling people 60-90 was fine. Many of us missed the ferry time based on this. Would be good to pass on this info do they don’t steer passengers wrong.

Liked: Location close to ferry terminal and train easy to get to
Disliked: It was small rooms are uneven as it’s old and structurally has moved a lot . A typical transition hotel clean burg over priced

Liked: absolutely a shit hotel I never see hotel like them because they charge me twice. I supposed to be getting the money back in a few days now it’s one month. They never refund me my money back so never ever people go there. It’s shit hotel.
Disliked: it’s crap property it’s club stuff as well club manager as well

Liked: Beautifully palatial, incredible location if staying the night before taking the ferry from Dover, lots of choices for bars and restaurants and staff were so lovely at every opportunity.
