Fire alarm at early hours

Liked: Absolutely beautiful roomy rooms. More than expected. This place is my guilty pleasure.The beds are extremely comfortably.Outstanding.The food is amazing and to a high standard and a great price.
Disliked: I have stayed on numerous occasions, but unfortunately on three of those occassions there has been weddings on and one guest on each occassion has set the fire alarm off, in the early hours and scared me.to half death because it is a loud. I understand it is important and it is for everyone's safety but three separate occassions. It has put me off slightly, of staying again. As it is a shame because the place is definitely a four star outstanding place.I know it is through no fault of the hotel but three occassions is abit of a joke.I don't want to sound too negative but no empathy when mentioned to the reception staff. Just a sorry.For someone that is regular, a sorry doesn't cut it and as I have said it is questionable if I would stay again.Ashame but I go to this hotel to relax and enjoy the hotel.

Liked: Location was great for our plans, hotel and grounds were superb..room was fabulous (exec double) huge room, very comfy bed, stunning bathroom. Exceptionally clean with lovely large towels and soft fleece gowns. Well equipped, aircon was great, bottles of water a nice touch.
Disliked: Sadly breakfast was mediocre, although it all looked nice the cooked breakfast was just luke warm and the bacon was like shoe leather. Continental offerings and the tea were fine. And again beautiful surroundings.
