Superb

Fantastic but let down by...

Liked: The reception areas were beautiful and staff were very helpful. Room was huge and had beautiful views and a large bathroom with a great shower
Disliked: The flooring in the bedroom was awful, it was laminate and a very strange red and brown shabby chic colour, if the had a couple of nice rugs it would be much better and if it was carpeted would have been one of the best rooms we have stayed in. Such a shame that this key it down so badly

Excellent hotel warm friendly staff...

Liked: The food was very good compliments to the staff and chef , Our room was warm comfortable and peaceful we had a lovely two day stay we would book again
Disliked: there is nothing we didn't like . however we could recommend some more information around the spa services from the reception staff when we arrived
