Disappointing.

Liked: When we booked, the site said the breakfast was included when we checked in we were told it was not included, but coffee was free which upset us. Every morning when I went to get coffee, which they told me was free the café would try to charge us $2.95 per cup. We felt we were misled.
Disliked: Give the services that you say you’re going to give on the website like free breakfast and free coffee

Pleasant

Mixed feelings from the stay...

Liked: The room was spacious enough and clean, with a small balcony, on the 2nd floor accessible by an elevator. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable selection of food and drinks. The WiFi worked well and the chair at the desk was better than expected. As for staff, one's experience depends on the shift on duty - some are amazing, kind and supportive, others not so much.
Disliked: The bed was too soft and the mattress was apparently worn out with waves like a lake. There could have been a milk substitute offered for breakfast to serve guests with lactose intolerance. There is no support offered to guests with disabilities - moving my luggage around was challenging. About 1:30am, I was startled hearing a sharp noise penetrating the hotel, fire brigade cars outside, and firemen moving inside the building. The reason was a malfunctioning fire alarm. Although I don't blame anyone, I could not help asking myself whether the regular check-up and maintenance had been performed as they should. It was scary before I found out what was going on.

Nice hotel but almost got...

Liked: Clean and Upgraded
Disliked: Wish they offered more security out vehicle had a roof bag and we parked in front of the hotel steps away from front desk so that our belongings would not be broken into but unfortunately someone melted the straps and tried to steal our luggage. To be honest it’s almost like someone there knew where to hide to not be seen stealing not sure if I would trust the staff that was working that night as the person that checked us in looked to be on drugs. Not a great area to stay at all.

Doctors appointment

Liked: Very nice Hotel. This location was ideal for our doctors appointment at Anschutz. We have stayed in this area before, but first time at this location. Room was very nice with plenty of room. Shower was very nice. This was a very quite hotel, also had a resturant onsite. We have eaten there before,always good. Very good parking and well lite. Price was affordable, wish they had a complimentary breakfast though, had to pay $12 per adult to eat at buffet. We will stay again
Disliked: My only 2 complaint were the bed. Way to hard for our liking. And no complementary breakfast.

When we arrived, the staff...

Liked: The staff when we checked in and out were very friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: In all honesty, we didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

Exceptional

Liked: Location and rate were decent
Disliked: The room was oddly shaped- the HVAC didn't even reach the bed, and we were not notified upon check-in that we were given a kitchenette in lieu of a balcony as requested. The whirlpool tub was nice but came with a nasty UTI. Also no indoor pool.
