Best Western Premier Del Mar Inn Hotel

Great location, friendly staff, beds...

Liked: Front desk staff super helpful in showing flexibility with our departure time. Housekeeping staff very friendly and courteous and kept room very clean. Convenient to have a nice cafe on site, and nice to have direct access to ocean via back of hotel (although no signage about that).
Disliked: We had full size beds in our room and they proved to be quite cramped for a family of four. Cafe staff did not seem to know how to make an ice coffee...made one without ice? Lol.

Disliked: The HVAC system was strange and I was not able to activate the air conditioner. The hand held device was confusing, used symbols and I have never experienced this type device. I have traveled extensively.

Great place to stay very...

Liked: Amazing cafe, the breakfast burrito was excellent, easy check in and out, very quiet place to stay (amazing for our second ever vacation without kids). I would defiantly suggest this place to others. the whole place was clean, staff responded quickly when we needed extra towels, and coffee for the room. The only downfall was the safe didn't work but electronics all have an issue at one point or another and it does affect how much I enjoyed staying here.
Disliked: The safe didn't work.
