I would definitely use this hotel again. Nice and clean; conveniently located with a good restaurant.

Liked: Upgraded to suite.
Disliked: Not really bad but fridge could have had some drinks in it.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and fun and the resturant in the lobby called The Edge served wonderful food and drink. The view from the balcony was very "entertaining" and the location of the hotel was central and close to theatres, shopping and fine food.
Disliked: There was a lot of night time street noise and would recommend earplugs or an upper floor.

Liked: very friendly, helpful staff. Great onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinners. Easy walking to great restaurants in Yaletown , within walking distance to Canada Place, Gastown and towards Granville Island.

Nice place to stay, the...

Liked: Staff and facilities
Disliked: The homeless/drug issue Vancouver has was very confronting and we we decided not to leave the hotel at night and only dine in restaurant attached to the hotel. (Which was a great place to eat, nice meals at a good price)

A cozy family stay.

Liked: Very convenient location with walking distance to Robson St and Stanley Park. The bus stop is just outside of the hotel and in less than 10 minutes' walk, you can reach Yaletown Round house Station where Skytrain connect downtown with YVR airport and Richmond.
Disliked: Like the downtown of most cities, Granville St is filled with the Marijuana smell. Avoid walking on Granville St if it's possible.
