Had better stays.
Liked: It was close by where my kids lived and where we were visiting.
Disliked: Check in was a hassle I got charged an extra $100 after booking through Booking.com just because I picked up my 2 youngest sons from there home first. And they charged me an extra $25 for early check in due to me and my family being tired and exhausted and just wanting to unload suitcases and relax a little. Also the breakfast was terrible they ran out of everything and had people just waiting.

Liked: It was pretty weird that I added the number of people online and when I got there they did a headcount. There was a couple on the elevator who was complaining about the manager telling them that he watched them on camera. Clean hotel in a good area, manager and team need training on hospitality. It’s one thing to set rules but it’s a completely different thing to be an ass about it.

Poor customer service results in...
Liked: The rooms were a decent size for my group.
Disliked: This experience was ruined especially by the charge of $40 I received after leaving the hotel for a pillow. When I tried to dispute it, the front desk stated they did not see a charge, then the next agent said it was for a missing pillow but he could not reverse the charge unless I spoke with someone else. I have sent 3 emails, called several times and even reached out to the national customer service team and still have not heard anything from this hotel. I find it very poor to treat customers like this and the charge is fraudulent. Because of this, I will not ever stay at this brand of hotel again.

It was alright.
Liked: How clean it smelled
Disliked: How pushy the front desk was when I was inquiring about another night. They kept asking me if it was okay to book when I barely had withheld any information. The lady had asked me 3 times if I wanted to book another when I haven’t even made a decision in my head. I don’t like that because it feels uncomfortable. They also have a lot of extra unnecessary fees.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
