Would stay again easily.

Disliked: Towels weren’t replaced.

Liked: The front desk attendant (Ashley I believe) was amazing. I had made an error in my booking, and she was super helpful getting it all straightened out.

Liked: On the surface the hotel looked great at check in. The rooms were spacious. Two "queen" but actually FULL SIZE beds and a sofa.
Disliked: On the surface the hotel looked great at check in. The rooms were spacious, however, when you tried to use the doors....huge fire hazard. They were extremely difficult to open. The bathroom doors did not shut all the way. We went to the Iowa State Fair, which, it was in the '90'°s.....AND THE TWO ROOMS I PAID FOR HAD NO AIR. Our rooms were 75°-77° RIDICULOUS

Liked: Location and quiet surroundings. Well maintained outdoor amenities .
Disliked: Shower had no water pressure.Low toliet.

Liked: It was a great location. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and professional.
Disliked: The rooms needed to be more soundproof. We could hear people talking in the hallways when they went by, and they weren't even talking loud. The people above us had a lot of kids, and we could hear every step they took. We could hear it over our TV in the room.

I expected a better stay

Liked: It is a lovely setting and nice building.
Disliked: The fridge didn't work very well, coffee was cold at the breakfast bar, room wasn't cleaned or towels changed while we were there, cheap toilet paper & tissue, bed wasn't comfy- one pillow was on the floor when we arrived.
