Liked: The property is nice, but I believe the front desk staff could improve. I frequently stay overnight, even on Fridays, and I often feel that my status as a customer is not respected. The staff sometimes seem to have an attitude, which I find unfortunate. If they are unhappy with their job, it should not affect their interactions with guests.

Liked: We enjoyed the spacious rooms.
Disliked: You could buy some new mattress for the beds plus pillows
