It was fine.

Liked: Good location. Great desk person on our arrival July 23. Breakfast area staff was on it.
Disliked: Aging. Air conditioning had less options than simply “blowing”. Breakfast area was very busy.

Liked: Love location, close to my daughter's home. Very quiet and staff always welcoming. Great breakfast. Always feel safe there.
Disliked: Need elevators for seniors. Long walk up hill to meet Uber.

Disliked: I was charged twice for a one night stay. Booking.com and Best Western both charged me. Can't get a refund

Avoid

Liked: Best part was checking out of this dump
Disliked: 3rd floor was miserably hot! The ac didn't help. There are no elevators and terrible parking. Pool was nasty as well. The pictures of this place must have been from when it was new.
