Great staff

Liked: Check in was super easy the lady working was amazing!
Disliked: Wish the pool was indoor

Nice but has roaches

Liked: The view is beautiful and landscaping is really nice. The breakfast was pretty decent.
Disliked: Hotel bathroom had roaches. Really surprising and disgusting and disappointing.

Disliked: The hot tub was closed, which was my main reason for choosing this hotel plus there was an additional 100$ hold for the key, which they insisted they returned but instead, they pulled TWICE PLUS an extra 45.72 for no reason whatsoever and when I called them on it the flat out called me a liar even though I have spoken to my bank and they have verified that the second 100 pull and the additional 45.72 WAS submitted by the hotel. Long story short, they are trying to ROB me.
