Liked: Location good. Most staff were friendly.
Disliked: It’s getting very warn. Recommend decent sheets and towels. And pillow cases that actually fit the pillows. I found that the biggest worry. It was clean, just getting old.

Liked: the person that I was visiting.
Disliked: It was very dirty like my white socks were brown on the bottom when I was walking around the room with my socks on the tub was disgusting I had to wash it myself grab a bottle of Mr clean and a scrub brush I was afraid to even look at the bed so I just laid something on top of it so yeah and the ceiling the ceiling was so dusty that when you looked up cuz that's all you saw was cobwebs and dust and I'm not trying to down anyone but the cleaning crew are men.

Liked: I come to port huron , mi.4 to 5 times a year. This best western is now the only place I will stay while here. This is now my 4th stay. Staff are great, especially veronica the manager. Troy adams
