Liked: We stayed 3 nights. The location was wonderful because it was a central point for our travels around South Wales. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the car park right outside was nice. Breakfast was wonderful.We especially loved that the front desk also served draft beer as well!
Disliked: Nothing to say.

Good for value.

Liked: situated off the motorway, so convenient if driving. Nearby fast food restaurants also help. Provided extra towels, pillows, hairdryer without having to ask the reception. Shampoo, handwash and shower gel provided are also decent.
Disliked: No easy access to public transport though so something to be aware of

Liked: It was a lovely modern Best Western some are a bit dated and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Price difference per night on a two night stay but can't be helped if certain days are more popular.
