Liked: Beautiful views, great location, kids loved the breakfast!
Disliked: The only minor complaint (even though I gave this hotel 10 stars) is that the queen sized beds was narrow -- not the same size as our queen back home. When I asked the front desk, they said they had heard that question before, but that these were standard sized queens. So apparently we're not the only ones who noticed!

Liked: Location is great; park can be reached by shuttle and shuttle stop is in front of the hotel; nice breakfast
Disliked: At this price per night king size beds are missing. For half the price at BW plus Bryce Canyon, we had kingsize beds and overal very similar comfort and amenities

Perfect location, great staff. Great...

Liked: Perfect location. Friendly staff. Heated pool and spa. Fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and making smores with the kids. Very good breakfast. Free parking. Walking distance to visitor centre and restaurants and shops. Shuttle to visitor centre is just right outside the property if you prefer not to walk.

Well located, newer hotel but...

Liked: Pretty new hotel with clean rooms.
Disliked: Way too expensive for the quality of the room, which was very much mid-tier.

Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights. The first was really disappointing, as the sofa bed was broken, there was no soap in the shower and we had no hot water. The next day we were moved to a better room, improving our experience.Both rooms were very dark, not enough lights.
