Great location and people however...

Liked: The staff were very good. From the ladies on the front desk to the very happy chap clearing breakfast away.
Disliked: The property is a little dated and would benefit from modernisation, particularly in the rooms.Of most disappointment was the pool. We selected this hotel as it was listed with a heated pool and we really wanted this for our young daughter. She was very unhappy however to learn is was very cold and didn't want to use it. This would have been much better. The higher price is not appropriate based on the pool and the dated feel to the rooms.

Liked: Everything. From checking in to checking out, I cannot fault this place. Lovely staff, great location. Deers roaming the grounds. Rooms very clean
Disliked: Only thing I would change about this place. (But only for me personally) Is the included breakfast. I felt there wasn't as much choice as I would of liked. But the options available were great. Would just like a few more options

Liked: Spacious and quiet room, very clean, good breakfast at the restaurant located in the hotel. We also chose to have dinner a couple of times at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly reccommended.
