Disliked: The pool was ice cold not heated at all like they said it was, the hot tub didn't work

Disappointing

Disliked: There were holes in the carpet that exposed the tac strip by the bathroom, which I stepped on very painful. I told the front desk, and they didn't care at all.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: The breakfast was small. The staff didn’t have any extra wash clothes. Our bedding was still damp the room smelt like mildew. The cleaning people didn’t clean that well.

A stay from hell

Liked: The room was noce.
Disliked: Breakfast was nasty. The eggs were runny and cold. The room was nice. This hotel is not pet friendly. They treated my dog and myself as we had a deadly virus.The people that work at this hotel HATE dogs.
