Liked: The variety available in the continental breakfast was awesome! Thank you for having gluten free options!
Disliked: Front desk could have been a little friendlier/happier. While I understand they may need to finish one thing at a time before moving on to the next person, they didn?t even acknowledge that I had walked up to the desk for a few minutes, not even a smile or an I?ll be right with you

Won't book through booking.com or...
Liked: Location and accommodations for the price are a good deal, except I was billed twice. Once when I made the reservation and again at the hotel. I didn't realize this until I checked my credit card statement when I returned home. Have stayed at many Best Westerns in the past, but this will be the last. Hotel says they can't reimburse me -and claim booking.com is responsible.
Disliked: As explained above, the payment process - double pay - is the issue.

Liked: It was close to the airport
Disliked: It seemed old and run down lots of things did not seem to be working properly ice machine was broken vending machines empty pool and hot tub were extremely cold needed to be moved because my door would not re-open windows were not functioning

Not as great as it...
Disliked: I flew in and required the shuttle. I used the airport phone and the hotel wouldn?t answer and I called repeatedly. While I was calling on the airport phone, I tried calling on my cell as well. Guess what - they answered from my cell almost immediately. I waited 25 minutes for the shuttle (was told 10 min). The driver was amazing - he apologized and said they didn?t tell him right away and he was far away and that they routinely fail to inform him in a timely manner on who needs the shuttle and they don?t try to organize multiple requests. I told him my side of the story and he told me several guests have been complaining the hotel won?t answer calls from the shuttle phone at the airport! He said he can call the hotel to see if any calls come in and they don?t answer his call and he?s watching them through the window in the parking lot look at the phone and not answer. It was really frustrating when I purposely picked this hotel for the shuttle. The internet kept kicking me off and was incredibly slow and the TV also struggled keeping a signal and one day over half the channels wouldn?t work - it lagged or was pixelated and couldn?t seem to buffer (I had a medical procedure so I was purposely wanting a room to relax and surf/watch tv). I?ve stayed here many times before, but this time I wasn?t overly impressed.
