Disliked: room smelt of dampno air conditioningno plugs by the bedtoilet seat nearly fell offno explanations given on arrival e.g use of spa, where to eatswimming pool changing rooms very dirty

Disliked: Broken lockers in changing room

Claire was lovely!

Liked: Spa facilities. Reception staff Claire was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Room was very outdated and dusty. I think a revamp is needed.

Disliked: Lack of attention to detail, my room light electrics didn’t work , only discovered as dusk fell so I had to move and was initially given a smaller room (having paid for a larger one) then moved again to a comparable one. Bar food and breakfast uninspiring.Everything’s rather tired, out side bar furniture is tatty and the upper patio was littered with debris from a bridal fair.Spa area, ladies changing room etc is in need of a refurb.Pleasant enough but don’t get excited in anticipation!!

Disliked: Our door wouldn’t lock ) arrived late so didn’t bother to report) The plug didn’t work in bath so shower filled the bath and it took all night to drain awayThere was no air conditioning and fan was noisy. The sheets were rough and pillows old and deterioratingBreakfast. mushrooms raw in omelette , coffee nit pleasant .

Would stay again, no complaints

Liked: Beautifully kept, very clean
Disliked: It was very hot, not much they could do about it. They did put a fan in the room which helped.

We made it nice but...

Liked: The room was ment to be a superior as up graded,But not great dusty, coffee tea not replenished & even toe nails on floor. Staff were friendly but very stressed by a wedding they had.
Disliked: Clean, vacuumed & a nice room even lampshades material was torn & blind well had to wind ourselves.

Liked: The swimming pool was great and the gym was well equipped, the restaurant was spacious and we had just breakfast,but it was really good.
Disliked: The room was really hot, we couldn't open the window and I couldn't sleep in that heat, so I spent part of the night outside in my car. Also the carpet was badly dirty.
