Liked: The bed was very comfortable and I liked the fact that there was the option to have complete darkness with the black out blinds and curtains.

Liked: Average would have like something different from cooked
Disliked: Well our Bedroom was average needs a little care in cleaning the sink in the bathroom the little overflow water bit was not very clean plus the room could do with a good deep clean ie deep clean the net curtains a very dirty &the whole room needs to smell better!

Liked: Staff were fab in all areas of the hotel, the hotel was clean and welcoming. Pool and facilities were brilliant.

would stay there again

Liked: breakfast was good, coconut milk was available so that was great. Furniture in room was a little old and dated. There was a fan in the room which was great. hotel was clean, pool was clean. Parking was available but there was a function on so it was hard to find a space.

Definitely recommend

Liked: Beautiful landscape , clean, swimming pool and golf club.fair price.
Disliked: Beauty salon was ok but they charge more than double, It’s nonsense, £110 for 1 hour massage? really?

Pleasant

Liked: Infestation of flies in the restaurant. Was not happy with the fact that I got charged twice for 1 nog.i booked through another third party. Misplaced my booking and had to book through another third party and paid.Only to discover that when I when checked in.AThe hotel took payment again. I raised with them and informed to speak the third party .Basically did find the hotel very helpful. Eventually they supposedly have refunded half which I am still waiting for. i am not happy because it was a genuine mistake.
Disliked: Be more sympathetic
