Overall got our moneys worth;...
Liked: Great location. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool; breakfast was good.
Disliked: Beds were small

Liked: My Netflix account was easy to access.
Disliked: I was overcharged by Booking.com by over $100. The room (#410) was tiny and I paid over $250.00 for the room. (My friends paid $160.00.) Most concerting was the door wouldn't close properly and after returning from Jeffersonville, we found our door wasn't completely closed and anyone could have walked into our room and stolen our valuables.We got NO SENIOR DISCOUNT!!

Not dog friendly and not...
Liked: The bed was comfortable. They sold as queen but it was full. The room was small.
Disliked: They say dog friendly but can’t leave dogs in the room. It was 100 degrees and had take them with me. My dog got sick from the heat. I should stayed in Airbnb and it would been cheaper. Charged me $55 a day for the dogs.They didn’t offer any services for the dogs.They should offer them to be watched for that price.

I will stay at BWs...
Liked: I don't recall booking a quiet room, but it was great nonetheless. The breakfast was a great start to.our busy days. The pools were great! My husband lkked the fitness area. I think we'll definitely be back!
Disliked: BW needs to invest in central air.. our room was at over 70% humidity. Central air would help withthis as this much humidity will no doubt be a problem. The staff was great and supplied us with a dehumidifier~

Would have loved to have...
Disliked: The Best Western Windjammer does not mention anywhere in the Booking.com process that a guest must be 21+ in age to check in. Shame on this property, shame on this company, shame on the woman at the desk who turned my son away at midnight with no other place to go. To work with 3rd party sellers, it is the responsibly of Best Western to ensure PRIOR TO BOOKING that the purchaser is aware of this bizarre rule. To say that it is listed plainly on their website is meaningless when we didn't book on their site. You benefit from being on Booking.com, so take responsibility for it.
