Liked: The manager was really great. My room smelled funny and she helped me with the smell right away.
Disliked: My room smelled funny and there was hair in my sink in the bathroom

Excellent Hotel

Liked: They provide a warm breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, Oatmeal, juices, coffee, water, toast, pastries, etc.
Disliked: We loved this hotel's clean, professional and welcoming environment. They have a great pool, lounge area and breakfast seating. The room was very comfortable, sheets were high quality, pillows were plush, flooring was also clean, extra towels, and nice complimentary shower toiletries. The room was furnished with a wide chair, stand, ottoman, desk, plenty of lamps, coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator.

Warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent...

Liked: Welcoming environment from staff, the lounge, and at breakfast. I feel this type of environment made everyone who was staying here cheerful and courteous towards others. I traveled with a pet and the accommodation was amazing.
Disliked: The bed felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood. Very very firm. I would love to see an option available for a firm mattress or a medium firm/soft mattress.

Liked: We enjoyed the staff at the hotel. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were professional, attentive, and friendly. The breakfast was always delicious, and the staff ensured it was always stocked. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Disliked: I wish they would provide us with more towels but honestly, that's very minor and all we had to do was visit the front desk for more.
