Unplugged Refrigerator-Food Tossed

Liked: Wonderful greeting from staff.Especially the breakfast preparers and front desk staff.Enjoyed seeing improvements in the bed area of the room. Would love to see updated bathroom ceiling tile (the tile needed replacing, as it did not compliment the updated bed area side).
Disliked: After multiple complaints about the refrigerator not working, a maintenance person came to my room, turned on the refrigerator, but never noticed it wasn't unplugged. I had to toss out our food. My husband finally realized the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and he plugged it in.The front desk night clerk offered my husband and I a new room. However, after driving 12 hours to the hotel to attend a family members funeral, we were exhausted and did not want to repack and lug our belongings to another room.

Disliked: It’s undergoing renovations/remodeling so it was a little busy and noisy. The door key did not work on some doors so I would have to walk around to the front door sometimes after taking out my dog for a walk.
