Decent Stay Great staff.Nice shower/bathroom....

Liked: Friendly, helpful front desk and breakfast attendants. I was able to bring my dogs . Staff was friendly to my pets. The room was a great size. Nice linens. Breakfast options we liked,Hard boiled eggs, yogurt,milk options, bagels, muffins, walnuts and cranberries. I also liked being able to get a good decaf coffee in the lobby at night!
Disliked: The bed was too soft for my husband and me. I folded towels and placed them under the mattress cover for support where it sagged.My socks were dirty from the floor in our room.May have been swept but not a good clean floor. Disappointing. Not bad enough to leave but expected better.Breakfast items we didn't like, Eggs were too salty No plain oatmeal. I would have liked one or two bottled waters in the room for coffee.(Not a deal breaker) Wilmington water is not for drinking.

Great location and perfect amenities.

Liked: Great location to downtown or the beach. Facilities were clean property was maintained. Breakfast was well stocked.
Disliked: The pool was closed.

Friendly Staff and Clean

Liked: The pool was closed during our stay but the kids wanted to spend the time at the beach so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it with the freshly made waffles. It was clean and kept fully stocked the entire time. Room was clean and didn't smell like smoke or pets which typically happens in a lot of rooms. Staff was super friendly
Disliked: At this time I can't say anything bad besides the pool being closed.
