Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel

It was very clean. It was near the event we were going to. The staff were friendly. I look forward to another stay in the future.

Liked: Breakfast was fine and the location was good, close to the highway.
Disliked: I would have liked to have had a smart TV in the room in order to access streaming services such as Netflix.Also an EV charger (240 volts) in your parking lot would have been very useful.

Good for one night

Liked: The hotel is ok. The beds aren’t very comfortable and the rooms aren’t very large, but they are clean. The staff are polite but don’t seem happy at all.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Last minute reservation. I was traveling from MA to Pittsburgh. When I started feeling tired I made the reservation based on the location, photos, reviews, and price. I was completely satisfied!

Liked: Closest hotel to the airport. With the hotel shuttle, it takes only a few minutes. Staff is helpful. My room is spotless. Since I have an early flight, I missed the breakfast!

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: There were bugs in my room on the floor dead. I brought it to the attention of the front desk twice and they said yeah we know we’re having trouble with carpet beetles.
