The beds were very comfortable...
Liked: Very convenient to get to and from the event we were attending.
Disliked: Staff seemed clueless when we asked questions. Asked how to use the safe in the room, response was a shoulder shrug and I dont know. Lights were burnt out in the bathroom. Valance in room was as propped up with a folded up paper towel and the buisness chair was barely able to be set in due to broken parts.

Very good
Liked: Good experience. Only one complaint, when we checked in, the lady at the front desk was a bit rude / bitchy. Other then that, all was good

Good deal
Liked: Close to shops, coffee, gas station. Not in a nice area of town. In a run down neighborhood but the parking lot was semi gated and lots of cameras. Right off the freeway, lots of traffic. The facility needs some updating but it was clean. Staff mopping and cleaning, smelled like cleaning products. The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast was well stocked. The beds were very hard.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room clean
Disliked: It took 3 tries to get a room we could use. In the 1st the door wouldn't unlock, one of us went back to the lobby while the other waited in the hall. In the 2nd room the TV didn't work and the toilet screeched for about 5 min. After flushing. We contacted the desk and waited for her to bring us another key. In that room the carpet had a tear, paint was chipping on one wall the lamp on one night stand would turn on but luckily I was able to just swap bulbs with the broken floor lamp. I chose this hotel because it had a very good rating but it looks like things have changed

Lack of promised transportation spoiled...
Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast good, and, as a tea drinker, I was more than happy with the quality and variety of teas available. Plus, tea and coffee were available 24 hours a day in the lobby, at no charge. Microwave oven in breakfast room available for guest use.
Disliked: I stayed at the hotel from Thursday afternoon, March 27, 2025 until early Monday, March 31. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it offered a Courtesy Shuttle. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived at the airport only to find that the shuttle was not available because the van was in the shop for major repairs! (I later learned that the door was torn off by high winds, so not a quick fix.) The hotel clerk who answered the phone suggested that I either get an Uber or rent a car. (I am 77 years old, and have no idea how to get an Uber and I dislike driving in unfamiliar cities.) Since I was in Wichita for my granddaughter's wedding, I called her and even though she was, at that moment, heading in the opposite direction to pick up last minute items for the reception, she graciously turned around and came to the airport and delivered me to the hotel. She and her fiance also returned later to take me to dinner even though it was not particularly convenient for them to do so as both had bachelor parties later that eveningUpon checking in at the hotel, the woman on the desk just shrugged when I remarked on the inconvenience caused by the lack of the shuttle and again suggested that I use Ubers or rent a car. However, other employees were more helpful, especially Wendy, who, when I spoke to her on Friday offered me a discount on my bill and also arranged for my transportation back to the airport on Monday morning. My adult grandson arrived at the hotel with his mother late Friday night and was able to give me a ride to a grocery store and also to the wedding, but he had to leave early Sunday morning so I was confined to the hotel on Sunday. My transportation to the airport at 4:15 a.m. was provided by a gentleman named Ron, I believe, who was the shuttle driver, who came in his own vehicle. USAF veteran, very nice man, who, like myself, wondered why the hotel management did not think to rent a van until their own was repaired.
