Disliked: Booking.com listed it as “pet friendly.” Upon arrival, AFTER 4:00 and past cancellation, we were told no pets. Eight hours of driving to now hear this! I registered a complaint to waive fee. Neither Booking.com nor BW in Witchita helped me resolve this matter. This is the second booking on our summer vacation where I was mislead by pet policy thanks to Booking.com. We are awaiting refund from another booking but do not have it as if this writing. I will say the front desk helped me find LaQuinta for the night.
