Fantastic

Liked: I love most things about this hotel, just a few small things that could be improved on. Staff are fantastic and don't mind conversations with customers and very attentive and helpful.
Disliked: No fridge in the rooms,Pool too cold,Not many 00 drink options,Tv doesn't work with hotel WiFi (booster boxes)Doors are too thin, can hear people talk in hallways clearly.

Disliked: Little more choice on a la carte menu

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful My family got food in the restaurant and it was very nice and piping hot.
Disliked: The floor in the toilets were very slippery when wet…i nearly fell over

Disliked: Cold swimming pool .Small bathroom , rooms need updated, bed not comfortable,. There were 2 girls in pool aged 8/9 unsupervised, throwing stuff , running , shouting, jumping in pool, trying to sunk other and no ataff there to say anything to them.

Liked: No electricity when I first got there and it felt very unwelcoming so I left one night early
