Poor nights sleep!! Poor facilities....

Disliked: That 1980s ambience is now dated!!For the charges incurred here I would expect individual room temperature control A/C and heating in each room not throw windows open and circulate hot air around via a £15 fan from Home Bargains.

Just what we needed. Would...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The room and building were a little bit dated/basic. Clean though and well equipped.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, good sized family room, comfortable beds.

Shame about the tea pots

Liked: It is comfortable and welcoming.
Disliked: I have stayed many times before but this time the tea pot pouring everywhere on two of the days and the burnt toast from the kitchen with my poached eggs spoilt my visit.
