Won’t be booking here anymore.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Policies that don’t consider families or kids. Like charging you for a stained hand towel/pool towel. Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days. You have to request for your room to be cleaned sooner. AC was not working on the first night.

Pleasant stay in Edmonton

Liked: The room was clean and organized, they left a rubber duck for my daughter, she enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was good, and location was very convenient.
Disliked: Just for the breakfast, it would be nice to include some more fruits.

Liked: The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The wifi was no good. The people reving their engines outside at 6:00 amand the people screaming were not a great thing to be woken up from. Your breakfast should be available from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. Check out should automatically be 12:00 noon.

Great Family Hotel with Lots...

Liked: I loved the way it was set up and all the different amenities. The breakfast was great - it could've used some hollandaise sauce, can you please add it to your menu?! We plan to come back again
Disliked: The pool was really cold and the beds were not very comfortable. My bed was tinted inward. I slept ok but it could be better.
