Best Western Plus West Covina Inn

I had a one night stay here and overall it was a good experience: Friendly staff; clean room; great rest. The breakfast was a bit of a mad house, so I just grabbed tea and made my way home.

Liked: The staff was friendly and courteous upon my arrival. My room was nice and clean. I rested well.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit of a mad house.

If not for late check...

Liked: Check in is way too late. 4pm is ridiculous! I called the night before to get an early check in. Called again on my 6 hour drive and the young lady seemed frustrated that I was bothering her. I get it but we had a wedding to go to. The bed was so hard that I literally could not sleep at all. I was tossing all night long. Everything else was nice and staff were friendly and pleasant to work with.
