Best Western Plus Wayland Hotel

The staff were very good and the breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay at this Best Western hotel again.

Liked: Clean and nice staff.
Disliked: No best western sign anywhere. GPS took us to a shopping center. We happened to look all the way to the end and saw the building. It was really a inconvenience for our wedding guest as well. There were 2 different entrances neither one had a sign.

Disliked: Had a hard time finding. Went down a alley to find. Access is a bit tough.

Excellent two night stay

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean room, very nice staff, price was good, and great selection for breakfast.
Disliked: The shower didn't have any type of shelf to put your soap and shampoo on.

Above and beyond!

Liked: Everything was excellent. Rarely does a hotel wow me with it's attention to detail, but this one definitely did. Kudos to the staff and management for running a great hotel! We would go out of our way to stay here if we were in the area. The pool was great, and breakfast was impressive.

Disliked: The shower didn't have anywhere to put soap or shampoo, no little shelves or ledges at all.
