Best Western Plus Wausau/Rothschild Hotel

I would stay there again....

Liked: The breakfast was very good. There were gluten-free options for one of my daughters. The pool area was nice and also clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The cleanliness of our bathrooms could have been a little better. While the surfaces were clean, the floors around the bases of the toilets were not clean at all.

Bad

Disliked: Having to ask for a different room that wasn't next to rooms with barking dogs. We had to have the key card re programmed 3 times. Having housekeeping knock on the door twice before check out at 11:00 am.

Disliked: Checking in was delayed because their computer system was not functioning properly and they had to manually input reservations. My room smelled like a cigarette ashtray .
