Liked: the room was comfortable
Disliked: on my arrival day my wife did the check in. however, when she mentioned a reservation under my name, she was told there wasn't one. after many tries the reservation was found. the receptionist(s) told my wife they misunderstood her question, and did not hear the word reservation. this is more like a she said you said situation, but the overall result was how my wife felt from this misunderstanding.
