It was very close to many shops and services and the checkout time was ideal for our family. Room was clean and bright and there was a huge TV. Thanks for making our stay fun in Waterloo.

Liked: The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The pool was too cold and our key cards didn’t work regularly.

nice hotel, would cheerfully visit...
Liked: Room was large, beautiful and very clean. Staff were very helpful. There were several large groups with children in the hotel but they appeared to be organized onto a couple of floors of the hotel, whether intentionally or not I can’t say. These areas were quite noisy during the day time, but the part of the building where we were located appeared to be populated by other couples and was very quiet.I only noticed that some of the areas were loud because I went to get ice and the machine was located down a floor from us. The common areas were kept very clean.
Disliked: the only complaint I have is that the ice machine on our floor was out of order. very minor point.

Horrible and do NOT recommend
Disliked: prior to our scheduled stay, we received a phone call confirming our reservation and advised that due to a mechanical issue our rooms have been changed. once we arrived, we learnt that our rooms along with multiple others have been cancelled with no explanation. when speaking to the front desk representative, they were VERY unhelpful and told us to give the manager a call 3 days after. when asking the representative for help multiple times, they were not able to come up with a solution and on top of all of this, they had their AirPods in their ears the whole time.
