Disliked: The bathroom faucet was shooting water all over the vanity

Disliked: The room was dirty moved 3 times 1st the smell like a dead animal 2 found bed bugs 3 there were roaches on the wall there were no towls the dryer in broke so we weren't able to take a bath there was warter pouring all over the breakfast area it realy needs commend !

Liked: Pretty good motel, but not the best BW+ we've ever stayed in. We slept well but not the highest attention to detail we've seen with most BWs. Both luggage carts were nearly non-functional with flat tires and wheels that did not track each other. But the room was quiet and safe. Asked for 3rd floor, but got second.

Basic hotel with a towel...

Liked: AC was great and kept room cool. Beds were pretty comfortable. The location was good for us.
Disliked: We had to beg for towels every day. We were promised towels would be delivered as soon as they dried on several occasions but that never happened.We were told on the 3rd day that we needed to "sign up" for daily maid service if we wanted trash dumped or fresh towels in our room daily. There was visible mold spots on our ceiling above shower. There were several loose tiles on the floor. The toilet was not securely attached to the floor.

Liked: That I have stayed here before, so I thought I knew what to expect. Patty and Xander were great!
Disliked: Staff was rude. Told me I could have 2 towels per ROOM, for 7 people! TV didn't work and was told it's unfixable. Lightbulbs in lamps were non-existent. The pool room was 89° with 110% humidity, causing discomfort to use the pool for kids. I rented 2 rooms, way overcharged, my cards were cashed more than once. We checked out on the 7th. No kne has resolved any issues, reached out at all or made any visible attempt to correct any of this.

Disliked: Staff the fact that that the staff took me as a joke and over drafted my account not once t twice I want my money back this place will rob u weeks later after u have stayed there dont stay here unless u want my ney taken out your bank account z
