Superb

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Disliked: The pool area needed to be swept.

Poor

Liked: The staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: Our tv did not work the entire 3 days we were there. The staff came up and did get it on for like 15 minutes. We left for dinner and came back to it not working again. They had moved the tv stand back from the wall and left it there. We left with 2 remotes (one for the tv one for the cable box) came back to one. Up on vhecknout I mentioned that and asked if there would be any kind of compensation for our experience and was told that they would have to talk to there gm. Still waiting to hear back from anyone.

Very good

Liked: Very easy to find. And very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. .
Disliked: Few things needed fixed but maintenance kind. Normal wear and tear especially for a busy hotel.

I’d say it was okay...

Liked: The pool
Disliked: How my bed sheets were stained and my towels had stains on them. The food was dry and served the same thing and half the stuff is out of order.

Very MID stay

Liked: The location was nice, the beds were comfortable. Originally booked a king suite but were given two queen beds and a pull out couch which was fine. The room itself was nice, if you just need a place to rest your head this is a good spot.
Disliked: Had a non-working TV the entire stay, mentioned 3 times to staff and not once did they fix it (pretty sure we just needed a coax cable but not my responsibility to supply it) Checkout was at 11am and at 10:04 after walking back up after breakfast to grab belongings cleaning staff was already in the room. Water pressure in showers was not great and pool had a very strong smell all throughout first floor. Did not fix any issue brought to their attention. Although important to note front desk told us someone quit before shift that night so I have a little sympathy.

Disliked: They took my payment, then returned it and then took it again all within a two week time period. Wouldn’t recommend, never heard anything from them about all the transactions and truly don’t appreciate them being in and out of my bank account.
