Liked: The Restaurant inside was really nice! The hotel was close by to a lot of stores and a mall. The staff was the best! I made a mistake when i booked our room and they were able to change it for me with no problem!
Disliked: The bathroom was really small

Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly, gym and pool were good, and the breakfast was spread out well for functional flow and staff were attentive to keep it stocked. There is also a restaurant/tavern connected to the hotel for easy quick bites to eat with a fully stocked bar if that is something you enjoy.

Nice property and very nice...

Liked: Helpful staff and convenient location. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Pool wasn’t open and we’re not told at time of reservation. Had an issue with my bathroom, but I should have reported it sooner. They were very responsive when I did. Appreciated

Excellent!

Liked: We liked the rate per night and the free parking that you offered. Compared to other hotels in Boston, this was good value for us!
Disliked: It was a further drive for us from our family in Boston but that is out of your control!
