Over all the 3 days...

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and healthy alternatives for those not wanting to eat lots of carbs. You could also request a special breakfast made. Fitness gym was nice. Could have used towels and spray to wipe down equipment after sweating after workout.
Disliked: I was not happy when ai got to my room with 2 pillow classes laying on my bed. Staff forgot to complete putting them on my pillows.Also, in my room the mattress needs to be changed out. Was not comfortable. I slept on the left side closes to tv and could tell that the mattress was well used.

Very good

Liked: Great location, rooms were clean, and pool was clean. Easy check in and out services.
Disliked: Pool was freezing cold, staff was made aware by multiple families and nothing was done. There were no towels available in pool area and when we asked at front desk for towels we were told they didn't have any. Breakfast didn't start until 7 AM.

Superb

Disliked: The beds in our first room were the worst ever.The gal at the front desk was amazing. She got usA new room for our second night. And the beds were so much better.

It was overall a good...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable — I wish I could’ve brought the mattress home. The room was huge. The staff were pretty attentive, and that’s all that’s important.
Disliked: Breakfast is only served for a short time. The prices in the little shop they have are excessive (think $5 for a regular Hershey Bar). You have to request housekeeping in advance, and I wasn’t told this at check-in.

Disliked: Front desk staff rude and put out Had notified them of arrival delay due to family emergency. Paid in advance for 2 nights. Reservation was cancelled upon my arrival. Begrudgingly gave me a room. Slept 2 hrs and left. Dirty. Cold shower.
