Liked: Staff is really helpful and sweet. Rooms are big and comfortable.
Disliked: I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast here. Most of the items are frozen food or processed food. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Liked: Everything was fine, except for the checking in.
Disliked: The gentleman at the desk at check in time told me I did not have a reservation, which I gave him a copy of my confirmation. I ended up having to get another room, which instead of two double beds, was given a room with one bed and the couch. The next morning I was able to speak to the manager, who was very nice and helpful, and she pulled my reservation up with no problem. It was very inconvenient for me.
