Disliked: Reception staff on check in hardly communicated, not even basic pleasantries.Having washed my hair in the morning I found that the plug on the hairdryer was broken …. Took it to reception (with hair wet through) to ask for a replacement & they were unable to help. No available hairdryer & handyman not due in until 11am for him to open the cupboard (room check out was 11am!). Checked out at 8:45am & left with wet hair, less than impressed. Could not believe that they didn’t have spares available!

Disliked: Hotel had a weird smell when you walk in, our room door was open when we arrived, kinda odd, the breakfast was okay but the orange juice was disgusting. The staff wasn’t unpleasant but definitely wasn’t very inviting either. We have stayed at several hotels in Victoria and this is definitely not one we plan to return to. For the price we expected a little more since it’s more than we normally spend for better hotels.

Liked: The beds and pillows are GREAT!! That’s why we stay here.
Disliked: The guy checking me in was so rude so I probably won’t be back. There’s a lot of nice hotels in the area.
