Very good

Liked: the room was air conditioned, the location was great
Disliked: the room didnot have a small refrigerator or a microwave. The breakfast was marginal with very little gluten free options.

Expensive for what it is

Liked: Ideally located for our trip, nice staff
Disliked: Small window 6ft off the ground

Best Western standard at its...

Liked: New and clean! Breakfast is very basic but it was enough! No complaints.
Disliked: The hand towel had stains…..they should check properly before being served to customers.

Clean, well-appointed mid-range hotel that...

Liked: The Best Western Vauxhall is a clean, modern, well-appointed hotel. Parking is available at the nearby Holiday Inn Express. The staff were courteous, attentive and helpful. It was good to find bottles of water in the room, and plenty of wall sockets for charging devices.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable and was too narrow - neither of us got a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were limited - only scrambled eggs available with the cooked option, and no granola, compote or plain yoghurt with the continental.

Liked: Location of the hotel to the tube , the staff were very friendly, and the hotel was lovely and clean.
