It was a great overnight stop. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was standard hotel continental, but open until 10 every morning. The people at the front desk were friendly.

Disliked: The parking lot is kind of a tight space.

Refer to what was bad section - could not get out of there fast enough.

Liked: It was shelter out of the weather.
Disliked: Was assigned an ADA room, which apparently could not be changed to any other room; carpets dirty; noisy guests in room above; squeaky broken bed; actual cost of room was $23.81 less than cost on your website; TV remote control and programming was inadequate; noisy refrigerator; room phone was initially inoperative upon check-in, and sink drain was clogged upon check-in.

Very convenient to dinning and shopping. Very easy to get to and from the concert we were attending. Yes, we would stay there again.

Liked: Our room was very clean. Friendly staff. For the price we paid it was well worth the value.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable - more on the firmer side. If you like a firm bed this will not be a negative. The breakfast was just OK. The stairway had a very unpleasant odor - stagnant like very little to no ventilation.

Good for necessary travel stops

Liked: The staff were friendly and kind. The gal who does breakfast is ray of sunshine and everyone wanted to make the stay comfy for us and our pets.
Disliked: There were quite a few loud guests placed on upper levels later at night. The furniture is dated and appears damaged .

Liked: The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The building is well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options. The location is convenient right off of 205 and 500 and there is plenty of parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Disliked: We checked out on Saturday the 19th.The hotel charged our card for the 20th. "Angel" the front desk ass istant was notified the day before we checked out as well as when we checked out. We contacted the property several times and have been ignored. HEED THE WARNING PEOPLE, AND STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.P.S. IT'S a JUNKY and DATED building and furnishings.In our opinion! If you like that, then this is the place for you,!
