We wouldn't stay there again,

Liked: The shuttle was good. The White Spot restaurant on site was very good.
Disliked: It took quite a while to get checked in because there was a tour group that was having problems getting checked in before us. The room was more like a Motel 6.

Just flew in and back...

Disliked: Arrived 9pm no where close to get food or drinks other than service station or McDonald’s

Disappointing

Liked: The location is close to the airport.
Disliked: I reached out to the hotel three times via email to inquire about some arrangements for the day before our check-in this August. Unfortunately, I never received any reply. I then tried to message the hotel via booking.com's website, but it was not working. When I followed up by phone, I spoke with three different front desk staff — and received three completely different answers. This caused a lot of confusion for our family, and the lack of response from the hotel feels unprofessional and irresponsible. My check-in experience was also unpleasant. The front desk staff, Chris, was very impatient and responded to our questions with a rude attitude. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
