Disliked: The service was terrible! I asked for extra towels and did not receive them upon arrival, then I asked again (a day later) as well as toilet paper, and I had to call again after an hour to finally receive them! The carpet had blood stains, the room was exceptionally small, the bedside plugin did not work properly and to top it off they charge an extra $15 a day to park in their parking lot with an additional "PT" charge of $10.50 on top and your taxed on that as well!This hotel is not worth the money !

Quick stay near the airport...

Liked: I booked this hotel because my flight was early in the morning, and it is close to YVR. Additionally, it offers a complimentary shuttle service that can be booked to transport you to the airport. The wifi worked well for my needs.
Disliked: The bedroom wasn't very clean, and I believe they didn't change all the sheets since they were all creased. The shuttle driver was very rude and grumpy. It dropped us off at the airport, all at the same location, even though we had different people taking different flights. Only stayed here because I just needed a place to stay for a few hours before my flight home.
