Friendly, helpful and great access...

Liked: Staff in the hotel were excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the location of the Hotelwas suberb. 10 mins from main Eurostar train terminal and a few mins away from the metro/national rail station (Lille Flandres). Would definitely recommend. They also offer a cool complimentary drinks tokens where if you reframe from needing fresh laundry, each day, you get two free tokens to be used in the bar.
