Disappointing stay—our room was unclean...

Liked: Our reservation did not appear on the Best Western website, and the manager attributed the issue to Booking.com. The room felt unclean upon arrival, but due to the hotel being fully booked for an event weekend, we chose to stay. However, during a final check to ensure my toddler hadn’t left anything behind, I was shocked by the amount of dust and debris behind and under the furniture. I found old bottle caps and even a piece of broken glass—both serious safety hazards. These are basic cleanliness standards that should not be overlooked. Given the high cost of our stay, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. We are now reconsidering staying with Best Western in the future.

Disliked: The eggs were rubbery and tasteless. The bed was too firm.
