Liked: Evening staff was nice. Location wasn't bad.
Disliked: The bathrooms and amenities need to be updated. The beds in the rooms were not comfortable. The equipment in the gym was cracked and antiquated. Breakfast was sufficient but more options such as bacon and omelettes would be nice.

Liked: Spacious, comfortable rooms, I liked that the pool was heated, as was the pool room.
Disliked: it was way too expensive, and I've been at Best Western locations with a wider array of breakfast options. Also there were like 10 dads having "the trans discussion" while I was eating breakfast and they sounded so stupid and ill informed but I guess that's not your fault. Overall fine stay.

Liked: Clean. Nice staff. Good coffee machine.
Disliked: Horrid stay due to group of basketball families. Loud. Rude. Uncontrolled kids screaming and banging repeatedly on my door for fun. Why would you put regular guests next to these families is incomprehensible since you had same issues last year with this group.
