Short stay or would have...

Liked: New mattress
Disliked: Open can left in fridge and drip try from freezer not properly placed. Childs headphones left in a drawer. Shower faucet was loose and badly needed caulking. Sink had a very bad draining issue. Poorly trained employee at the front desk.

Overnight stop

Liked: Bed was very comfortable, not too soft (I like a HARD bed). Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Location was easy to get to. Elevator worked smoothly and quick. Was a quick overnight stop on the way to our vacation destination.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was great.

Would recommend

Liked: Staff friendly rooms clean and price was good. Good coffee and breakfast location for travelers.

Passable

Disliked: Hair all in the bathroom the shower sink etc. Saw a roach crawling in the room

Warm but wonderful

Liked: Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff that was helpful with all we needed. The room was nice and clean. Just as pictured. And having a nice restaurant right out the back door was excellent.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn't go below 70 and the staff are having a maintenance man check it out.

Not worth what I expected.

Liked: Location was ok. Off I-20
Disliked: It looked run down. They were renovating the front lobby area. But the bathroom shower looked filthy and I’m sure they cleaned it.

Great hotel

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk did a wonderful job considering how busy they were, and she was working alone. There was a hot breakfast, with lots of choices. The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter.
