Pleasant
Liked: Reasonable room rate, quiet, fridge and microwave a plus. Decent breakfast each morning.
Disliked: No daily housekeeping for the 4 night stay but desk staff replenished items if you ran out.

Lovely
Liked: Very happy with asking for towels and tissue box whenever it was needed. The room was located where I would like. Checked the bed and it looks clean. The pillows were decent.
Disliked: Isn’t our first time staying here so the fact that whoever was working at the front desk during our checkin refused to use the email that we have always used and asked for another was really uncalled for. This has never happened to us before.

Liked: It was close to the university and the price was right!
Disliked: The bathroom could have been updated and cleaner.

Liked: Enjoyed the comfortable beds and convenience of being right in town.
Disliked: The bedding on each bed, including the pull out sofa had small amounts of hair within the sheets. A hand towel in the bathroom was visibly dirty. The bathroom floor looked as if hasn't been mopped in a few days. I don't understand the reasoning why there is a coffee maker in the bathroom, that should be a sanitary violation and any human being should know not to actually use that. It could be put out on the desk in the room, away from where no feces in the air can get to it. Best Western needs to change that immediately.
