Liked: That the beds were comfortable……THAT IS ALL!
Disliked: The location was sketchy, the breakfast was awful, the “renovations” were awful…..I honestly would NOT be bragging about them!!! AT ALL! The only good thing was the location to the park was great…..that is all!

Liked: Location is perfect for Universal Studio. Conditions are very good. We would like to stay in the hotel next time. Highly recommend this place.

Liked: Employees were nice and helpful.
Disliked: In our room there was black mildew to the right of the window. And it wasn’t small. The shower handles and shower head were rusty and not working properly. They promoted upgraded rooms but the rooms did not seem upgraded, maybe a new chair in the room but nothing else was upgraded in my room. Also the new up charge price for the remodel was not appropriate for the room I got.
