Liked: Breakfast and location were decent.
Disliked: Lukewarm water in the shower. A semi was parked outside our room all night and had a generator on. We did not sleep. When I approached the front desk nobody greeted me or asked how they could help. Finally, someone helped me after I complained and gave me rewards points for a free stay in the future (I should have been given a refund instead). It was extremely difficult to access the points, I had to call the general customer service line multiple times. A total hassle after not sleeping well.
