Overall wonderful stay, we will...

Liked: Location is fantastic. Staff are wonderful but also having secure parking is a massive win.
Disliked: I don’t think the value of our room was correct. We requested a deluxe king room. However is was small and pokey, trying to figure out what was deluxe about it.

Great facilities, clean comfortable modernised...

Liked: Modernised very clean room with comfortable beds and quite location.Breakfast option is well worthwhile.Very close to restaurants, only a short walk away covering all Cuisines
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Very good location within the Melbourne CBD.Room was very clean.
Disliked: Man at the check-in on the 13 June was extremely rude. Can't believe you employ such rude people.Bathroom basin and bench top was extremely small.

Liked: Greeted at reception by a lovely lady that advised me I could keep my car parked at the tower carpark as I missed the travel Inn park, as a hotel environment worker, the rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the espresso machine a nice touch, close to Lygon street which was fabulous for dining, Uber to Crown casino $16The second time we have stayed here and would definitely return for for great location...

Liked: The location is fantastic and walkable to the cbd.
Disliked: Getting charged for 2 nights when, I had my booking changed over 2 weeks prior and had confirmation of this !

Disliked: Booked for 2 nights. No parking available for 2 night which we were unaware of until we tried to park after being out for the day. Alternative parking close by but cost us more.
